Our research focuses on engineering biomolecules—including antibodies, nanobodies, T-cell engagers, and peptides—for cancer diagnostics and therapeutics. We also investigate circRNAs in diverse diseases as potential diagnostic and therapeutic targets. In addition, we develop, optimize, and validate rapid biomarker detection methods for cancer and age-related diseases.
