Research Summary :

Obesity is a major risk factor for cardiovascular disease and metabolic syndrome, which causes increased arterial stiffness, oxidative stress, and endothelial dysfunction. All these damages might be improved after they change their lifestyle by increasing physical activity and intermittent fasting.
