Behavioral Neuropharmacology, Nanophysiology delivery, Pedagogical strategies
My research focuses on Behavioral Neuropharmacology, particularly the mechanisms underlying Depression, Anxiety Disorders, and Memory Impairment using experimental models. I investigate novel therapeutic approaches and neurobiological pathways involved in cognitive and emotional regulation. Another research interest involves Nanomedicine and nanotechnology-based drug delivery systems to improve treatment of Diabetes Mellitus, Cardiovascular Disease, and neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer’s Disease. In addition, I study pedagogical strategies in Medical Education and promote health interventions through physical activity and physiotherapy to prevent and manage non-communicable diseases.
