วิทยาลัยแพทยศาสตร์นานาชาติจุฬาภรณ์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ จัดกิจกรรม “ผู้บริหารพบประชาคม” เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้ผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ และบุคลากรของวิทยาลัยฯ ได้ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็น รับฟังนโยบาย และเสนอแนวทางในการพัฒนาวิทยาลัยฯ ไปสู่เป้าหมายเดียวกัน ภายในกิจกรรมมีการ แนะนำบุคลากรใหม่ของวิทยาลัยฯ เพื่อให้บุคลากรใหม่ได้ทำความรู้จักกับผู้บริหาร คณาจารย์ และบุคลากร พร้อมทั้งสร้างความสัมพันธ์และความร่วมมืออันดีภายในองค์กร กิจกรรมครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการสื่อสารอย่างเปิดกว้าง การรับฟังความคิดเห็น และการสร้างความร่วมมือจากทุกภาคส่วน เพื่อร่วมกันขับเคลื่อนและพัฒนาวิทยาลัยฯ อย่างต่อเนื่อง
